Challenge
Blancco Management Console's original state was very stale and outdated. Product information was divided and it lacked management level reporting that was needed for enterprise device processors. The goal was to deliver an interactive and customizable dashboard that provided important operator reporting upfront without losing legacy features that users are accustomed to using.

Solution
Power users were interviewed to understand usage and identify opportunities. Based on that research, as well as competitive analysis, a simplified interface was designed to provide the necessary high-level details our users requested. Through Agile development principles, these new features were able to be released to the public quickly and improved through user feedback.
