• Challenge

    Swisscom AG, a major telecommunications provider in Switzerland and Blancco Partner was in need of an updated Summary page for their Diagnostics kiosk used in their retail locations. The original layout lacked a visual hierarchy of information and neglected to utilize the entire screen area. As a result, when a large amount of information was displayed, it would force the user to scroll to see everything.

  • Solution

    A split screen approach was presented to solve for both the scroll issue and to provide an easy-to-read interface that separated the diagnostics summary from what the next steps would be. Action colors were used to help service reps address concerns easily with their customers. Other important details were presented in a clean and organized layout with each section represented by an icon.

    As a result, service reps can quickly address customer needs, increasing location productivity, as well as improving overall customer satisfaction.
