    Create a Price Match Guarantee program so that customers have a way to communicate to Customer Support when they find lower prices on identical products.

    Prior to this landing page, the Customer Success Team received approximately 20-30 requests via telephone monthly. On average, the agents spent over 60 minutes to address these requests. This program was created to give the user the ability to submit a price match via an online form, if they see a lower advertised price for an identical product on a competitor's website or printed advertisement.

  • Solution

    A landing page for the Price Match Guarantee was created containing a form that the user can fill out and upload screenshots showing the lower priced product. An email was created to provide confirmation when the user submitted a completed request. The details were also submitted to the Customer Success Team in order to follow up with the request.

    This program not only saved numerous hours of Customer Support's time, it also created a very easy to use, transparent process for customers to follow.
